This book reads almost like a mystery, but it details some serious research. It also addresses a couple of seldom discussed aspects of looking for parents of adoptees: the fact that priests sometimes did father children and the complications that having related parents can cause when comparing DNA matches.

BIOGRAPHY
Angie is a former pediatrician, mother, Wisconsinite from birth, and an accomplished amateur genealogist. She brings these sensibilities to her writing, which can be found most recently in Evening Street Review and
The Accidental Archivist, her genealogical mystery memoir published in July of 2022. She is a student of AllWriters Workplace & Workshop, a member of the Door County Published Author's collective. She and lives between Franklin, Wisconsin and Gills Rock, Wisconsin.
